Thank you

My first post on the goodreads blog will be to thank all the readers that have taken the time to read my first and (i hope) second book.

I have been surprised at the level of interest generated by my works, and this has motivated me for more writing!

Thank you again, for without readers, i would not be motivated enough to make more books.

Stay tuned for more post ive got lots s to say!

Michael Hitchens Mr. Lamirande,
I've enjoyed your series on the Blitzrieg Alterative, being a student of military history. In the last part of book number 4, where members of OKW meet at Wolf's Lair, which visited back in 2019. There Albert Speer, minster of munitions points out they have weapons but not the soldiers to man them. In Rolf-Dieter Muller's book: The Unknown Eastern Front, he points out leaders of the Third Reich never did use the manpower of the Ukraine. The Ukrainians had no love for the Russians much less horrible Godless Communism and would of gladly fought alongside Germans if only if they had been treated humanly. Have the leadership stop their prejudice against the Ukrainian people and accept them as brothers in arms against the horrible Bolshevik hordes. Also don't forget General Vlasov & his Russian Army of Liberation!

Max Lamirande Dear Michael

First of all thank you very much for your kind words and your interest in my Blitzkrieg Alternate Series. Comment like yours help me keep going on writing.

I think that your idea has merit, and quite honestly I might explore it. I am in the process of writing book 5 (I just put it up for pre-sale last night) and am about halfway thru already. stay tuned!

I have been looking to mix the recipe a little with the 5th book, in trying to tell the story from a different angle. I will exploit the Vlassov idea.

Funnily enough i just didnt think about including him in the story, but now that you proposed it, i will. The fighting in southern Russia has pretty much stopped (with the defensive line on the Dniepr) and it would be fun to had the story to the series so i could still offer some action from that part of the theater of war.

Again Michael, thank you very much for your positive comments and watch out for the Vlassov stuff in the next book, you will be able to say you had your own impact on the Blitzkrieg Alternate Series!
