As you know from my last post, I have started the early stages on my next book, which is a science fiction story set on the Intercontinent of Lor-Rev.

I have completed the first chapter on paper, and have outlined the broad scope of the story. In this update, I wanted to give you an overview of one of the main protagonists. He's an explorer who came to Lor-Rev from another Intercontinent, with his aging companion Gillman. His name is Jared Darej, and he will find a lost piece of technology in Chapter 1, that will have large ramifications for the rest of the story.

Jared is one of the few people who explores the harsh areas beyond the crowded cities of Lor-Rev. He also has a unique occupation to keep his explorer habit going, which I don't want to reveal until you get your hands on the story.
