I feel the weight of his eyes on me. The hottest man I’ve ever seen leans against his bike, staring at me from across the road. Everywhere I go he’s there, watching me, or so I thought. When my roommate, Ian, says he’s been watching him too, I can’t help but be disappointed. Crazy, right? That I would want a stalker? His eyes burn a hole through me when I walk past and I want so badly to feel his hands on me. But I’m a nervous mess and happier picking up a rag and cleaning than talking about my feelings. The minute the beautiful man stepped out of his house, I knew he was mine. I watch him to keep him safe, and once I’ve fulfilled my promise to my best friend, I’ll work my way into his life. When I haven’t seen him for days, I decide the time for waiting is over.
