'CHOMP! Charlie Carter and the Monster Pike' is my first ever novel - the kind of book I kept promising I was going to write for, oh, I don't know... ten years maybe?

So, during Lockdown here in the UK I took the opportunity to write it - once and for all. I set about writing the first draft in March 2020, and it was finished in May 2020.

Or so I thought... I sent that draft off to my (rather wonderful) editor Siobhan at Writer and the Wolf.

One month and 24 pages of edits later, her notes were back. I had my work cut out! A lonnnnng journey lay ahead...
