Hello all. This is my first attempt at a blog, so please bear with me. I am not sure of the protocol and what works or not. Suffice it to say, it was several friends of mine who suggested that I do this. FRAMEWORKS is my first published novel and, while I have known about Goodreads for some time, I have never actively looked into it. Here I am finally and would appreciate any feedback to my novel that people may eventually give me, good or bad of course. The kernel or inspiration for the book came from an event that happened in Toronto just over 11 years ago, but which I decided I needed to completely fictionalize. Nothing in it follows the actual research except for the fact that the main character is Metis and ultimately becomes a bicycle courier. Hope that is enough information to peak some interest in a reader or two. On another note, while I have recommended a number of books that I have read recently and in the past, one more that I have just finished is certainly worth mentioning in my mind. That is Apeirogon by Irish writer Colum McCann. He also authored Transatlantic, another great book. Please check either of those out when you get a chance. Okay, that's it for now.
