It is with a heavy heart and great sorrow that I must inform you, Pam’s fans, that she left us on October 1, 2020 after losing her battle with cancer. I’m still in shock and in deep mourning over her loss. I was able to visit her near the end. We talked books, old times, fictional characters, and the normal conversations of friends. I hold every one of those moments as dear. During our last conversation, we assured each other that we had many more adventures to come.

She was a wonderful writer and awesome friend. Many will miss her wit, kindness, and words of wisdom.

She spent her final hours surrounded by her loved ones, as she wanted.

Pam left me with three more Kurt and Jake stories for fans of her Mountains series. Look for those spaced out over the next few months.

Know that she loved and appreciated each of you.
