Veterans Day 2020 spotlighted those who serve in very public offices who need votes and speeches and promises to win the highest office in the land. But there are so many so serve and have served the United States of America every day it is only fitting we remember that freedom is not free and our right to vote is directly tied to American sacrifice. 

Arlington National Cemetery is a setting in our book series because it is one of the most important sites in surrounding Washington, D.C. It is a site Americans should make a point of visiting to show their respect and learn more about the only national cemetery that holds service members from every war in U.S. history.
