Thanks! And it might not work from the UK. This preview thing is from my American publisher and the UK edition is from Michael Joseph. That said, it's available from every retailer in Canada and the US so if you somehow are able to download ebooks from an American retailer, they will have it as a separate item from the book for 0$.
