New Plans Kinda
Okay, so I have decided that I am going to try the Acai supplement thing. It's supposed to help you lose weight. There was this thing on facebook where a newswoman had done it and mixed it with something that helps your colon work better and she got results. So I figured, what the hell. My lazy ass is having trouble getting the weight off on my own. And there was a free trial offer that was only good until tomorrow.
Now, I'm going to update this journal with my results once I start taking the stuff. What has me really wanting to try is the fact that some of the shirts that I bought last summer don't look as nice on me as they did then. Plus, I don't want to buy new jeans. I would really like to fit in the ones in my closet that I have never worn because they didn't fit. I would like to make it down to a size 8. I don't think that I'll ever make it back to a 6, which is what I was in high school. And according to the info I was reading these supplements also boost your metabolism and give you more energy. I could use more energy.
So, here's hoping that it works and that there is a thinner, more energetic me at Media West at the end of May.
