Like me, you may have been seeing sporadic mentions of a “Steak-umm” Twitter account lately, that has been taking a stand for science and empathy. I must confess that I thought people were talking about some kind of podcast that took its name from the brand and reviewed or talked about frozen meats, or something of that description.

Turns out, I was wrong.
