NEW RELEASE!

A new book, How To Reduce Your Child's sugar intake, was released on 14th January by author, Dr Val Wilson.

Sugar is added to almost every food we eat to enhance flavour and texture, and as a preservative. These are often hidden sugars. If you've ever wondered why it's important to reduce the amount of sugar in your diet, and for the rest of the family too, this book tells you how. Loads of meal suggestions and recipes are included to help you make this change in lifestyle.

For years, fat in the diet has been cast as the villain causing weight gain when it is actually dietary sugar that's the cause. I can assure you that you will lose weight and feel healthier as a result of reducing the amount of hidden sugar in your diet.

Emma Armstrong HOW TO REDUCE YOUR CHILD'S SUGAR INTAKE by Dr Val Wilson: A very comprehensive, accessible guide to reducing dietary sugar. I never realised that sugar is added to most foods and some are shockingly high in sugar, especially sauces and pickles and foods like yoghurts that my children eat regularly. This book is ESSENTIAL to living a better life with less sugar to improve many health conditions and prevent others. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****

Alan Chambers I can truly say that Dr Val Wilson's How To Reduce Your Child's Sugar Intake is the best book about making simple changes in lifestyle that I've ever read. A fantastic book containing essential information about the dangers of hidden sugar in the diet and how to reduce this threat. Not just for kids, this book describes how the whole family can make simple, gradual changes to loose weight, help improve or even prevent a whole list of health conditions.

Deborah I recently read How to Reduce Your Child's Sugar Intake after a friend told me how good it is. Don't let the title make you think it's just about kids because this book applies to EVERYOE! I never realised there was so much sugar added to our food in the manufacturing process. With this book I've been able to make easy changes to my shopping list so I make much heathier choices. I've lost some weight - sugar being the thing that keeps us fat - and I feel better for it with more energy. This book is brilliant and should be widely read.
