Quiz Time! UPDATED: Results
I have a weird love for quizzes and surveys — I can't resist them, no matter what the subject. It occurred to me that it might be as much fun to write them as to take them. With that in mind, I'm experimenting with a quiz plugin I found. If it works nicely, I'm going to start writing quizzes as a regular feature.
So, without further ado, here is a this-or-that poll I whipped up. We'll start off easy and get a little more off the wall as we go along. (Those of you who know me know that that's basically how I roll.)
Give it a whirl, and let me know if the system worked on your end. (This quiz thing is still in beta, as the kids say.) And remember, don't think about the answers too hard. As Nancy Reagan might put it, just click.

UPDATE: Results! Some of you pointed out that it's a little disappointing to finish a quiz and get no insights into what your results say about your personality, so I will do better on that score in future.
The overall results of this quiz indicate that you guys are predominantly coke- and wine-drinking, classical-music-listening fans of summer sports who recoil from Marmite (for shame!) and prefer the quiet and peaceful to the loud and raucous. You're mostly Macheads, and the majority of you still prefer books with pages — although the Kindle does have a solid fanbase. About two-thirds of you would rather read a book than see the movie, and almost all of you prefer that the book be funny. You're split right down the middle on whether you'd rather read it at home or away, or in a city or the countryside.
Daniel Craig trounced Daniel Day Lewis by a two-to-one margin, but Cate Blanchett only just edged out Kate Winslet, and Faulkner beat Hemingway by an even narrower margin. A third of you opted for L.A. over New York (a better showing than I expected, to be honest) and you came out sixty-forty in favor of arts over sciences. More than twice as many of you want to be crooned to by Bing Crosby than by Barry White.
I've got another quiz on deck, and it'll be a little more involved than this one. Please pop back and have a go, okay?
