A shot from last summer when we had just moved in our current apartment I can’t wait for spring! I saw actual grass at the park during my dog walk, birds were chirping… it’s happening.

My writing update is not exciting. I’m in the query trenches for Dead Gretchen, and I’m editing another novel whose title hasn’t crystallized yet. Anecdote: It started off as Rebels of the Half-Light. But every time I thought of the title my brain added “Turtle Power!” (try it, you’ll see!) And that was entertaining but also very annoying so then the working title became Half-Light Rebels. I have other ideas. You gotta feel that “YES. That’s its name.” Anyway, a mountain of work ahead for that one.
