Publication Goals for 2021
Hi, all. I know I'm always setting goals and then pushing back release dates for works I thought would be finished by then, but still, I don't think there's any harm in setting goals anyway!
I recently just finished Bodycam's first draft, and that'll be about a hundred or so pages. I'll be publishing that in a couple weeks!
I'm 500 pages into another story, Death Under Candyland's Eye, for which I'm not doing the cover art this time. Yes, this time, I've commissioned Ariel Zucker-Brull to illustrate a cover for me, because I've admired his style for years now. Death Under Candyland's Eye turned out to be a lot longer than I was expecting it to be, but it's a wild ride in its own right, and I'm well into the third act. I'm having fun writing it. Expect that in a few weeks after Bodycam's release.
Cobalt Rogue, Vol. 3.5 is still coming. I've got over 450 pages' worth of material, and despite some hard-working moderators here on Goodreads telling me they can't set it as a primary work within its respective series, it is indeed a primary work, though I will be saving a large chunk of material planned for its ending for the beginning of Vol. 4 just in case people miss it somehow. It kind of drives my OCD up the wall, but I'll live.
Also, Laughter in the Woods, a horror story that has been in limbo for almost as long as Cobalt Rogue, Vol. 3.5, will hopefully be written and done in October. It's not supposed to be very long, but I always seem to make things longer than originally intended, and then there's the fact that I'll be super productive for two weeks, only to not do anything for an entire month. Hopefully this year sees a change in that. Four publications in one year! Wooo. I wonder if it can be done!

Way to Stay "In the Know"

Hopefully I can keep this thing up. I get distracted easily and often forget about keeping up with some things. I'll have to fix that. Here, I'll write as briefly as I can without rambling too much about things like artwork for upcoming book covers or character designs, written progression, inspirations; that sort of thing.
