This Easter I woke up early to remind myself that my mother's birthday falls on this momentous day. God rest her soul. I know that she is at peace. I shall always have a hole in my heart for my mom.
Yet, this Easter I am also expectant. I know that as the sun rises so do my hopes and beliefs.
I look forward to a brand new day and brand new mercies. I have been trying to be more thankful of the mercies given to me daily. I am blessed. I am truly blessed. Sometimes I complain and then stop myself realizing that I am in good health, happy and not troubled by any big things. Have to learn to appreciate what God has given. For that I am truly grateful.
