Well, this has been quite the month.

After fifteen years living in North America, my brother moved back to Scotland on the 5th this month. However, the really exciting thing happened 3 days before that when his dog arrived. I had a few days in my flat with Talus (pictured below) before my brother arrived. At which point Talus and I moved in with my friend who lives upstairs from me, while my brother quarantined in my flat. So the first couple weeks of April were exciting, if slightly unproductive.

However, since moving back into my flat with my brother we’ve been able to start making some headway on our joint project and I’m exciting to tell you all that it is a TV series of sorts and we are hoping to start filming some elements of the title sequence next month. I’m very excited about this joint venture, that my good friend Bob has also started working on with us, and can’t wait to start sharing it with you.

In other news, besides writing this series, I have started writing book 4 in The Hero’s Arc. I think I will will have chapter 1 finished by the end of the month and hopefully I can continue to find time between work and writing/filming the series to continue to progress with that.

My brother is about halfway through his edits for book 3 and my friend Rebecca is just a couple chapters behind him, so things are moving along there too.

It is all systems go here, but on top of all that, I have been enjoying living with a dog and getting out to enjoy the change in weather as much as I can. I hope its sunny where you are and you’re able to get out and enjoy it.

Looking forward changed the colour of these as the year progresses and hoping it there keeps me focused on my goals and I can continue to move towards the mountain ahead of me.
