Petronius Jablonski Nice prompt! Ever read Burton's 'Anatomy of Melancholy'? Dr. Johnson would wake up early to read it. Mesmerizing.

Jablonski's 'Anatomy of Trypophobia' will have the same sprawl and tangential elbow-room. Reality has become almost impervious to satire. An indirect approach is needed.

Just saw 'Synedoche, New York' and 'I'm thinking of Ending Things' (by the guy who made 'Being Jon Malkovich'). I know. These aren't new. But I rarely watch movies and these were great. And the new 'True Grit'. And the first two seasons of Aqua Teen Hunger Force ... Yeah, I should start writing. And not freak out over infinite drafts. 500 is plenty.

Henry Reign I have to check that book.

And I agree, it must be contested subtly for it to fall under its own ridiculousness, using the very same rulings it suggests.
