Will you help me name my main character in a new series?

I'm writing the first draft of book 1 in my new series (new adult contemporary romance/family drama) during NaNoWriMo.

The hero's name is Rachel. Her Irish heritage plays a role in the story over time. I need your help deciding on her last name. Could you review the six options below and let me know which one is your favorite by or before Wednesday, November 10th at 6:00 pm Central Time? (I'm posting this here and on my Facebook personal page and will tally results from both.) Thank you!

-Rachel Townsend
-Rachel Gallagher
-Rachel Connolly
-Rachel Dunne
-Rachel Collins
-Rachel Fitzgerald

Jan For the rhythm, I like Townsend. But I was intrigued by a comment on Facebook about Connelly and the history of that name. I looked it up and thought the old world spelling was beautiful. Have you considered other spellings?

Hi Jan - I haven't looked up the history of the name, Connelly, but I will. I bought a class on Celtic history through The Great Courses last year for the pleasure of learning more about the history and my family is part Irish (it's the only part of our heritage that my mother honored. :) ) I plan to incorporate bits of the history into the novels. These books will not be as long as my prior books, so the history will literally be added in bits.
