Hi friends and readers! I’m afraid I have some bad news. This is all on me, but the third and last book in The Drowning Empire trilogy, THE BONE SHARD WAR, is going to be pushed back to Spring 2023. It's been A Year, and besides me running into pandemic problems (finding reliable—and safe!—childcare has been interesting), this third book is chonky and I completely scrapped the first 165K draft. I thought I'd accidentally timed my reading perfectly. I just put down the first book, ordered the second, and saw that the third was scheduled for 2022. Oh well. Looking forward to the release in 2023!
As someone who LOVES this series, I’m of the very strong opinion you need to care for yourself and your family first. I’ll read and adore the book whenever it comes out.
