Covid for Christmas!

I'm so sick of Covid. We've all been living in its shadow for the last couple of years and it feels like it's here to stay.

Just before Christmas, my husband came down with a mild case of Covid. By Christmas Eve, I had it. It wasn't the holiday I was wishing for, but I still feel blessed by the reason for the season.

My case of Covid was mild considering, but I've suffered severe asthma even after the other symptoms cleared up in a couple of days. Still battling it, but feeling much better.

I'm working on putting the finishing touches on Madness, A Vampire Files Novella, and then returning to a novella for the Burning Moon Series.

I'm most excited to take a break from my other two series to begin work on a new Paranormal Women's Fiction series that I'm excited about. I've had it in my head for two years. Time to bring it to life.

That's it! You're up to date with RK Close. Be safe and be kind to everyone, including yourself.

Sussan I hear what your saying here in West Aust we've been cut off from the rest of the world for a goodly portion of the past couple of years. Our infection rate is pretty good though ie zero atm, so can't complain about that and it has made us reconsider the way we interact with others. We've gone from being one of the most isolated cities in the world to THE most isolated states lol bonus we win. lol
I trust you and yours get back to better than good before too long. I look forward to getting my sticky little fingers (or ereader as the case may be) on you next inspiring creative works. Let the good times roll :D

R.K. Close You just made me laugh. I'm what they call a Long haul Covid. It sucks. Only about 30% of people get the long-haul stuff. Lucky us. As we all know, it could be worse. At least now I have a ton of natural immunity! ;-) Trying to make this a good year for turning out a few books. We shall see. Much love from Tucson, Arizona.

Sussan The long haul Covid doth surely suxeth but I believe they are working on it and I believe it has led them to discover a few other things along the way, although that thought is just a tickle in the back of my brain just over heard a news segment about it but wasn't paying that much attention to it. So outcome you may contribute to many medical break throughs so go you lol
Better days to come stay warm and be of a happy heart as much as humanly possible and if not hit the choco cupboard ;)
