My #1 snack tip is to buy nutritional yeast to sprinkle on homemade popcorn. Tastes like cheez doodles but its supposedly healthy for you!

Snack ideas and tips... like if you cover your popcorn in hot sauce and cheese while working at the computer, using chopsticks is much less messy!
Chopstick popcorn sounds like fun. But how do you keep the hot sauce from making the kernels soggy? That's always been my problem. I'll be posting about a new book and the process I used to make it soon!
