Holy crap, we made it.
Freewill was, by a comfortable margin, the most ambitious thing I've ever tackled. It represents a bit of a return to form for fans of my earlier works. It is a contemporary erotic romance about Simon, a simple man given amazing powers by our old friend Sam after a selfless act of sacrifice. It is told from Simon's point of view, but the other characters are given plenty of space to influence the story.
This novel is something of an homage to some of the most influential works from my past. It also represents the end result of a thought experiment about what would happen if some of those previous works were told from another POV, and how the story would change as a result.
