I'm a newly-minted senior scribe and first-time author.
My book Unleashed! How a Lost Dog Rescued a Lost Love deals not only with the distressingly commonplace ordeal of a beloved dog gone missing, but on the miraculous generosity of animal lovers and how healing can occur in the midst of tragedy. Realizations born from the decade I spent living as a monk are scattered throughout, as are liberal doses of humor.

"Unleashed!" underwent six re-writes in five years. Fortunately it was not in vain. Kirkus just gave it an excellent review.

In the coming weeks I will be be sponsoring my first free giveaway of a signed copy of my book on Goodreads.
