This week is billed as Romance Week–a week of promises, hugs and kisses, chocolates, roses, and in my case, coffee. I have fallen in love all over again–with writing.

My first novel CRY TOUGH, for example, took my writing to a whole new level and, my just-published second novel, AFTER ALL THIS TME, Still, overwhelmed me with sweet emotions. During the writing of these two novels, I laughed, cried, pushed my laptop away in disgust, pick it up again, and hugged it. My stories have happy endings and I deliver on diversity.

I confess, my coffee usually turns cold as my thoughts meander during the writing of my novels and as my thoughts roam, the romance takes flight.
