Hello everyone! I'm Elliott Wink and I write science fiction and fantasy.

My writing tends to be on the soft side of science fiction--you can expect the storyline to be tight and logical, and to generally follow the rules of reality and physics, but I also am not going to go into depth about the science. So, if you're looking for character driven sci-fi, give my stories a try!

I also write fantasy, partly because I love it and partly because I see fantasy and science fiction as close cousins--their stories both exist outside of reality, but the mechanisms are different (tech v. magic). I'm hoping there are other readers out there like me who read both indiscriminately. My fantasy is also character driven and I like to reveal my world slowly over time. So, if you pick up a copy of Verit the Vicious and Other Stories in Aneterra, rest assured that it's only Volume I in a very long series! There's so much more of Aneterra I'm looking forward to sharing with you all.

I haven't really done the blog thing before, but I'm going to try and post here semi-regularly. I'm looking forward to finding a lovely community of readers (and writers!) here on Goodreads!
