My name is Julie Lester and I'm new to Goodreads. I am a retired teacher who has published two books in the past two years since leaving education. My husband and I live in Florida, but we're originally from Michigan. I spend my time reading, writing (of course!), playing on the beach and fossil hunting. I never thought I'd be into digging for fossils, but I absolutely love it! (Isn't it amazing what you discover when you simply try new things?! :) We have amassed a collection of teeth, millions of years old, ranging from Megalodons, to horse, to mammoths!
