ALONG FOR THE RIDE is now on Netflix!
A year ago today, I walked onto the pier at Carolina Beach and into the world of Along for the Ride. It was the first time I’d left my house in many months, so already surreal. Congratulations! This is so exciting and like a blast from the past. I read Along for the Ride more than ten years ago when I was a teen... and now I need to re-read it.

I am so happy for you! You were my favorite author when I was a teen and you also got me back into reading when I was 22 or so and my burnout/depression had gotten in the way. Your books helped me work through so many tough emotions, and I know I am far from being the only one who feels that way. You deserve every bit of these great things coming your way.

Along for the Ride always holds a special place in my heart...and now that it is a movie, I was crying happy tears seeing how it came to life on film. A lot of what I had imagined things would look like from the book, was translated so beautifully and accurately in the film...Congrats Sarah! You will always be the author that made the summers of my past much more sweeter because you released a book that year just in time for the warmer months, so thank you thank you thank you.
