Welcome to the WymerNovels blog. Today, I will continue my blog series about the main characters in each of my books. Be warned that this blog post has spoilers. I will be discussing Shane Aslat. He is the main character of Treasures From Afar.

Shane Aslat is one point eight meters tall. He has long, brown hair and green eyes. Shane wears a long, dangling earring in his left ear. He is a very intelligent and organized man. Throughout his life, Shane has been through many painful experiences. Because of the painful experiences and memories of it all, he is very cautious. Shane was born on the planet Elbi and raised in a poor family. His parents were killed on Elbi in a series of wars, the Telfire Wars. Shane left the planet with an emergency departure ship. During the evacuation, he was separated from his brother. As an adult, he is never reunited with his brother.

Shane has a girlfriend named Shanda who lives on the planet Myrath. For a year, the Galactic Government has denied giving him permits to leave their jurisdiction to see her.

Throughout the story, Shane goes through personal changes to become a better person than he was before and tries to help others along the way.
