What a week
After finding that my trusty quad had decided to give up working, leaving me to poo pick the paddocks with my car. Which by the way isn’t ideal as the horses think it’s great to inspect every vehicle that enters their field. Just like the monkeys at Longleat.
Then Suzie playing around, performing the airs and graces of a prima ballerina in the field, twisted her shoe on her back foot and stood on it, embedding the twisted shoe into the sole of her foot! She hobbled over like Bob Cratchit’s Tiny Tim, at this point I’m worried she’s done some serious damage to herself and have the vet on speed dial.
It’s a good job we have a saint of a farrier who came and sorted her out before she could do any further damage. Luckily she’d missed the nail penetrating her foot by mere millimetres. Her shoe is now safely readjusted and back on her foot, for now!

Then to cap it all, today Spirit decided it was great fun to see what he could pull off the car before we could jump out and successfully ripped off the washer nozzle! Please send wine, my nerves are frazzled
