Drink more water. You can't flush away fat. If you are thirsty, take a drink. Exercise more. You can't outrun your fork. Exercise has many health benefits, but weight loss is 100% about food. Avoid fruit. Fruit has vitamins, minerals and fiber. If you are not hungry for an apple, you are not hungry.Eat many small meals. Eating all day does not rev up your metabolism. Protein shakes, bars & diet snacks. Eat real food. The diet industry is owned by the snack industry. There are no short cuts or quick fixes. If something looks like a candy bar, it is.
