Unfortunately there is an issue with the paperback pre-orders from Amazon. This issue is an Amazon issue that they are refusing to take responsibility for. I'm working my hardest to get the book to be properly back in stock. Unfortunately it looks like anyone who pre-ordered will either have to cancel and reorder once it is available again, or wait the 1+ months that Amazon is delaying the shipment.
