Why I'm probably not answering phone calls any time soon.

The word of the year - BUSY. Actually, "busy" may not cover it.

Let's go down the list...

BATTLEPUG!

My weekly webcomic! If you haven't read it, I'm very sad right now. IT WAS JUST NOMINATED FOR AN EISNER AWARD!!!! Dark Horse Comics is releasing a collection of the first year's worth of story in July. You can order it at your local comic store and online at Amazon or anybody else that sells books! Please buy it!

REVIVAL!

Revival is the ongoing "rural noir" series I'm making with long-time friend and studio-mate, Tim Seeley. It's a spooky story about a small town in Wisconsin where for one day, everyone that dies comes back to life. It's a really exciting book and I hope you dig it! That also starts in July from Image Comics.

IT GIRL and THE ATOMICS!

From the pages of Madman comes IT GIRL! The beautiful hipster with the ability to mimic the properties of anything. Comes out in August from Image. It's written by Jamie S. Rich and colored and lettered by my trusty Battlepug team of Allen Passalaqua and Crank! We promise it to be as ginchy as Madman gets.... Especially since Mike Allred oversees it all!

XEVIOUS

Remember the classic top down arcade spaceship shooter? Well Namco/Bandai and Shifty Look are bringing it back to life. Mike Costa of G.I.JOE fame and I are making it and you can see it ever Thursday and Sunday over at shiftylook.com!

STILL MORE?!?

Yes, believe it or not, I am collaborating again with Jamie McKelvie on a Marvel project. I provided additional art to his stellar work on X-Men Season One which just came out in March. I'm hoping to tell  you what it is soon! Also, I've done my first work as an inker exclusively. I should be able to tell you about that project soon as well as tell you what Archie covers you can find me on soon!

Okay, that's it I think. No, wait...

Next week is gonna be super busy as well. C2E2 is in town next weekend. And my studio is doing a talk here at the downtown Apple store! You should try to make it if you're in the area!

Here's the Schedule!

Wednesday: Apple Store, North Michigan Ave. Chicago, IL

All weekend C2E2: Artist Alley table D1&D2 (with Tim Seeley!)

Saturday, April 14: Video Game Characters Reborn! 6:45-7:45 Room N426b

Sunday, April 15: Chicago Creator's Spotlight. 2:45-3:45 Room S401abc

Whew, I think that's it.

Thanks for all the support, everybody!
