I actually got over 4,000 words written yesterday on Jagger's story, and cleaned up the first few chapters a bit, so I'm happy with that progress. His brother, Rome, actually stayed pretty quiet yesterday, although I did make a few notes for his story along the way.

I took a writing break last night and read for a while. I'd found a great book shown on TikTok and downloaded it, all excited for a dark, twisty, possessive Mafia read, only to open the download on my Kindle to find the dreaded "100%" showing, instead of page 1. I'd already read this one...bummer. I'm so bad about remembering titles and book covers. Since I didn't really remember reading it, I decided it must not have been that great after all, so I picked something else instead.
