Suzanne turns to the man who spent two years of his life searching for her, Sgt. Andy Dormer. A growing mutual attraction develops and the two set off for St. Thomas, Virgin Islands where Lulu has taken Beth. The notorious Cotton Club has been re-established as The Perfection Agency where underage girls are lured, under the pretense of becoming supermodels. All hell breaks loose when one of the girls is found murdered, and a detective finds a connecting link between the modeling agency and the dark web site, Truckers for American Ideals.
