This past Friday, March 17th marks the release of my very first book, A Spiritual Alchemy Journey of Self-Exploration!

It's always been a dream of mine to write a book and have it published one day. And to be able to go the self-publishing route has made my dreams come true.

It took me just over 30 days to write this book. So much love went into the creation of it's pages with the intention of inspired action.

My message for my beautiful family here on Goodreads today is that if you have dreams, just go for it. It's okay to step outside of your comfort zone to do the things that set your soul on fire! Don't worry about what anyone else thinks or says about what you are doing. You are here to love and accept yourself and follow the whispers of your heart and live the life you've always dreamed about.
