Thank you to my supporters
When I released my first novel, "Money Ain't Loyal: A Hard-boiled Crime Thriller" I said a big congratulations to myself because writing a book is an incredible accomplishment, but I quickly realized that the process doesn't end with publication. As a crime thriller author, I know that the craft of writing is a lifelong pursuit, and one way I have continued growth is through the support from the friends I have here.
Writing can be a solitary pursuit, and it's easy to get discouraged when working alone. My online community offers me a space to connect with others. Whether I need feedback on my work, someone to commiserate with over a particularly difficult chapter, or just a sounding board for my ideas, my friend has provided me with that.
I work with a sense of accountability, knowing that someone out there is waiting for my next novel and that people are invested in my success.
Writing is a craft that requires constant learning and refinement and you guys help me continue to grow.
