
If you drink after a prolonged period of intended sobriety – that’s called a relapse.
It’s not a wee slip.
It’s not a stumble.
It is what it is.
If you’re someone who can do that and still maintain a healthy lifestyle – or not – that’s another story, but let’s call drinking what it is.
A person either drinks or not. The amount or frequency is beside the point.
Some people do learn how to drink responsibly. Most do not.
Don’t minimize the truth. Not cool.
