After awakening from a lucid dream, I got an aha moment to do with our ascension journey. I will share it here to do with our rainbow body of light.

I had a vivid dream that felt like déjà vu, taking me back to when I was at Los Angeles International Airport. (This was during my trip to New Zealand to meet my first grandchild.) Unfortunately, no seats were available due to ongoing renovations, and I had to sit on my suitcase. Though I eagerly awaited my standby flight to Auckland, New Zealand, the noise around me was overwhelming, and I was exhausted. Suddenly, I must have dozed off, and upon waking up, I saw people around me transforming into waves of colours. It took me a moment to process what was happening, but all physical forms returned instantly.
We all have waves of energy bodies.
Activating our rainbow-light body is a crucial part of the ascension journey. Our physical body is essential in this process, as it holds the potential to transcend the earthly plane. We must dissolve the anti-life force within this 3D structure to undergo biological ascension. We all have unique roles as Galactically based beings in the ascension process.
What are Stargates? 
In the TV show Stargate SG-1 (season 7), the characters search for an address to connect one Stargate to another on a different planet. We must activate our seven human body chakra portals (or “stargates”) into a faster spinning motion for our soul to participate in our physical ascension by establishing a light body. 
I appreciate William Henry’s explanation of the concept of ascension.

Our Body of Light

To overcome our physical limitations, activating and connecting the first three lower chakra portals and, if possible, the fourth and fifth ones are essential. This process requires inviting our souls to participate. The 3D timeline confines our minds, but we must transcend these limitations. We are currently witnessing a consciousness revolution beyond our human understanding. We’re in a phase of learning as we go.
When we’re in a state of fantasy, creativity, or intuition, we enter a meditative state where our physical brain interacts with the force field around our body. This force field, or aura, is established through our seven or more chakra portals.
As humans, we are constantly evolving and progressing towards a higher reality. This evolution is marked by increased frequency, leading to greater awareness, knowledge, wisdom, and insight. Our experiences play a crucial role in this transition as we broaden our understanding of the world around us. As a result, we can shift our focus and elevate our consciousness, moving through different timelines and evolving with each new experience.

Spinning Chakra Portals

There are 7 phases (each having several chakra portal codes) to this process, and we can get stuck at various points along the way as life unfolds around us. Our subconscious mind understands the language of light and will guide us past these blocks on the road.
The fourth heart chakra portal is the connection to our first three lower chakras which are the astral chakras connected to our physical body.

At the beginning of our transformation process, many people go through what they call the “Dark night of the Soul” which is the dismantling of your 3D identity.

I’ve been through several of these dismantling periods, but writing this novel helped me to make the choices I needed to make in order to walk this ascension path.

The Heart Chakra Portal
The fourth, the heart chakra, becomes like a bridge from our Astral to the higher dimensional bodies. Our chakras are interdimensional portals and each postal needs to be awakened by several codes. These codes we call the language of light codes, derived from the soul qualities we have awakened during our inward journey. Who is in control, our EGO persona or our higher self?

We can start delving into our inner journey by examining the Base, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras. These three energy centers, when inactive, can keep us confined to this lower dimension.

In order to activate these portals, we must connect with our higher self, which is linked to our heart chakra. It is important to ask our higher self to activate the three lower chakra portals. This can be achieved through meditation, during Dreamtime, or while in a creative and intuitive state. Through my years of work, I have discovered that creatively doodling can help remove our analytical mental mindset, allowing for successful activation.

In order to embark on our journey of ascension into the fourth and fifth dimensions, we must extend an invitation to our Higher Self, which is connected to our heart chakra portal. This will enable our physical bodies to transform into our light bodies and ascend.
