November Update
The Synthetic Connection now sits at 71,000 words, with only two chapters left. I've put significant effort into improving the sci-fi elements of the Stellar Fracture Saga, especially when it comes to starships, their systems, and space combat mechanics. In the previous books, those things never interested Julie 😁
The story contains diverse star systems and focuses on the Neutral Zone, where smugglers, mercenaries, and shady factions can function freely. Naturally, it also ties into the main plot and features familiar concepts like Psionics and the galactic powers.
I hope to complete this novel in the first half of this month.

You definitely deserve it.
And it says a lot about your writing talent that you put more emphasis on starships etc in this story:
Drifter and Julie are very different characters with very different POVs.
So, it's only natural and organic, that your own POV is shifting.
Still, your main focus is on the characters.
That's why they are so authentic.
