Hi all. This may not come as a surprise to anyone if anyone still reads these updates, but I’m unfortunately going to have to take an indefinite hiatus from my writing. This isn’t a loss of passion or a loss of interest in my fictional worlds/my craft/the writing community or anything similar; it’s a loss of the time and finances needed to put my effort here. I know that anyone who was following me was expecting a release this year (or even last year, since that was the original plan), but that isn’t possible with the demands I am facing in simply paying bills. I’m currently working on a plan to resolve this financial/social crush that is preventing me from having time to work on my writing, but it’s going much slower than I had hoped. I originally thought I was going to get that plan implemented 6 months ago and be focusing on getting my writing back on track this year. Instead it looks like a new job role isn’t going to happen for at least six more months.

I want to take a moment and appreciate any and all readers of my work, whether they have praised my writing or haven’t connected with it. You took time from your day to appreciate my efforts and that means a lot to me. I don’t expect anyone to wait around until I am able to come back and give my writing and my readers the focus they deserve, but I hope, if new content from me in the future, that you’ll give me another opportunity to wow you with my work.
