In late august we had the opportunity to adopt an 11 year old cat. It seemed like fate when we learned her name was Holly. While she is a bit of a prickly little thing she is still quite affectionate in her own way, making her seem like a true life feline version of her namesake.
@Robin Hillman as a long-time cat lover (currently owned by two cats, I love your story about your Holly. Also, I AM long overdue to spend some time with the writings of THE Stephen King, so thanks for the reminder (smile).
