Now that I’ve finished “Dorothy Parker Knew”, it’s time to begin work on a new idea that I’m calling “The Last Mile”.

This one has strong Twilight Zone vibes (at least as it’s forming in my head so far) and has its roots in my daily commute along with the densest fog I’ve ever had to drive through, which occurred last week.

I’m thinking about changing my usual cover designs… just this morning, I toyed with the idea of using a comic book styled cover compared to my usual style:

Either one would fly, I suppose. For now, I’ll let this idea percolate on the back burner for awhile and see which way I go the next time I’m going to commit something to print.
