Sometimes, working as an editor makes me miss writing so much more…

Life was so different ten years ago. So simple.

Writing is… unlike anything I have ever done. The rush I get from creating a story, a world, out of nothing but this signature weirdness inside my head, that is the best feeling in the world.

As I keep moving forward, I am trying to make sure I don’t move away from who I have want to be and what I love.

I may not be writing as much as I used to, and I’m definitely not as much as I would like to, and I am have even stopped mentioning it to the people I meet, but I am a writer, first and foremost. That is not going to change.

It is good to have an external reminder, though, every now and then.
