My Book Updates

I'm so excited to continue to get my feedback from my beta readers this month! My goal is to have feedback by the 25th and hopefully get it to an editor no later than the middle of February.

For Handsome and the Haunted I am slowly working on this novel and if I can get myself more motivated to write since I've been struggling lately. I want to get this story to Beta Readers around Mid to late February. I'd like to give you guys the ability to apply early to Beta Read for this book so here is a bit about this book and the link to apply.



Vera married her first college boyfriend and soon realized that there was more to their relationship than met the eye. The food-loving computer nerd that she normally was had to be suppressed and concealed in the face of her husband’s anger. What began as subtle belittling gradually transformed into a more aggressive and harmful pattern, pushing her to her limit. That was until she found out she was pregnant, and suddenly she was bound to a man who evoked both love and fear within her.

While enjoying a lunch outing, they unexpectedly cross paths with Vera, an old high school friend. Invited for dinner, Cezar, the brilliant and excessively affluent CEO, unexpectedly stumbles upon a badly injured Vera hiding in her son’s bedroom. With Cezar’s assistance, Vera manages to break free from the clutches of her captor and embarks on a fresh start in New York with her son.

Therapy has enabled her to continue with her life, yet a lingering feeling of something being amiss remains. A lingering feeling of being followed haunts her, while elephants, her favorite creatures, unexpectedly cross her path. Maybe she’s just trying to protect herself from developing feelings for Cezar, but deep down, she knows it’s more than that.
