I hope in 10 years I come a far way from where I am now. Currently I love my life and I don’t want to fast forward it at all, but the question does give me a few thoughts.

Let’s start with 5 years, I’ll be turning 39 with a 19 year old and a 11 year old. That thought alone terrifies me lol. Currently in 5 years, I plan to have my Cerulia series finished and out to the public. I also plan on having at least 14 books published (including the 5 main books from the Cerulia series). I will most likely still be at my day job because being an indie author, I still need to make money to support my writing and my family.

In 10 years however, I hope to be picked up by a publishing company and actually have a few tours under my belt by then. I don’t want to think about how old my kids will be, that is just a full blown anxiety attack in the making that I just don’t have the want to deal with right now. But, I hope I am successful as a writer so I can do that full time. Being a barber is great and I love it, but I do have to think about the future. I can’t cut hair forever.

I will be making a priority mood board for later. I have so much that I want to set up for the next few years. As much as the future scares me, I welcome the challenge.
