5 E's for creative learning: Explore, Experience, Examine, Elevate, Express.

Michelangelo in the 21st Century: Strategy, practical tools, and inspiration to raise ingenious creative thinking students. Research shows how the more learning became standardized, creativity skills diminished. Educators were accountable to focus on curricula. Maybe they felt masters of the class, as students complied. Yet, professionalism got even more out of reach. That is because true educational mastery is as role models, always seeking to respond to the diverse students' needs. Teachers elevating their own knowledge and skills to better grow students. This is the kind of mastery in which one reminds him/herself never to feel the masters, or they'd stop growing themselves. Today, each teacher should find his/her own path to continuing professional development, especially as AI is integrated into learning. Yet a foundational strategy magnetizing us to care and creativity could help.

If we once used the metaphor of a gardener watering flowers for teacher raising students, today more is available. With nurturing ground, bushes giving protective shade, enlightening sun, and a freshening river flow, we can raise students enlivening life with the jewels of heart, stamina, and bright thinking. Today, the challenges of raising creative thinkers are multi-faceted. There are socio-emotional and learning challenges. Multi-culturalism reflects in the individual student. Therefore we need a lot of soul in education.

The 5 E's are our multimodal model: Express, Experience, Examine, Elevate, Express. They give structure as a robot offering AI to support teachers, hopefully with a warm heart.

For in-depth dive into the 5 E's, check out my practical teaching inspiration book - Michelangelo in the 21st Century. The kindle version is 0$ for the next few days, as part of the book launch. I've put years into creating this book, so it would be a simple helpful resource. Please download and review it on the book's Amazon page. This will greatly help develop the 5 E's strategy further to simplify and amplify teachers' lives, based on your kind reflections.
