First off, a heartfelt thank you to anyone who has read The Voided Man. The feedback I have received has been generally favorable, and I express my gratitude. I don’t know if other new writers fear being booed off the stage, but it has certainly crossed my mind as a possibility.

I have spent a lot of the time since my last blog post working on marketing. There is a Goodreads Giveaway that ends on July 11 for Ascending the Hourglass, which is the second book in my Voided Man series. Enter for chance to win a free copy if you haven't already. I've also been tinkering with ads on Amazon quite a bit. But readers don't want to hear too much about things like that, I am sure.

What have I been writing? Lots!

Ascending the Hourglass will be out on Wednesday. If you liked The Voided Man, you'll like it. I've continued the story, upped the action in places, and it has a new love story that I think turned out very well.

I am nearing the finish line with Book 3 of the Voided Man, although that will probably not be my next release. I am also nearing the finish line on the first book in a new fantasy series that I plan to publish at the same time as the Voided Man books. I know what the title is, but I don't want to reference specifics until I've registered copyrights and things like that. My tentative timeline for releases after this week is:

Late August: new fantasy series, Book 1

September: Voided Man, Book 3

Fourth Quarter, 2024: Voided Man, Book 4 and new fantasy series, Book 2
