I LOVED your first book, so am very excited for this one! I was particularly struck with how well you write women, and would be curious to hear what you think has impacted that? (How do you write women so well?!)

I had some great female beta readers and editors that helped me get the 'voice' of Gwen right, and I also spent some time researching how women felt about dating, how they were treated on dates and what their experiences of dating was like. I found it really interesting that men often have a very different experience of dating than women do, and I wanted to explore that in the book. I'm glad it came across okay, as it wasn't an easy decision to write from a female POV. Thank you for reading!
