It is in times like these that I bring myself to a state of breathing idly, confronted by a realisation. I have yet to reach the person I need to be, to be able to progress further. So I will push and make sure that book 2 in Mathsmagica series is going to be even better than book 1.
Many perhaps know, continuing a series strikes a fear in one. When I wrote Makiya I reached the length of multiple novels, but it was just one.
Now, when I publish paperbacks, it's different. They are more polished than Makiya ever has been. And opening the blank page for the second book of my series is certainly something far different than anything else.
I have the plot. I have the characters. I know what I want it to be. But the state of the end-product in my head right now is not good enough to swipe you off your feet the way I want it to. That's why, I'll make sure to work on it, and when I proceed filling the blank pages, they will be filled with black-and-white letters sprouting colours in your mind like no other book.
Just you wait.
