Hi Christy- thank you! I would love to read that book too- filled with SO much to learn... Because I have too many ideas as it is (which is good problem to have to be sure) I probably won't get to it in this lifetime. Will you promise to let me know if you decide to write it? :)

I love all of your books. Have you ever considered doing a, "Year of Eating Clean?" No artificial preservatives, colorings, natural flavors, food additives, etc.?" I would love to read that.
